For the greatest Tex-Mex in all of Memphis, there is only one place to go: Swanky’s Taco Shop.  First, there was Moes. Then, I thought that Chipotle was the best of all possible Tex-Mex. And then, Swanky’s Taco Shop came along and ever since, no burrito has been able to compare.  And when I heard the name Swanky’s, I thought it would be sort of a hole-in-the-wall sort of place, similar to a taco shop in my hometown, but no—it’s actually swanky. And it’s one of those places that gives you so much food, you can bring home half of it and have it the next day. Nom nom.
